Manifestation is often talked about as if it’s either pure magic or pure mindset.

In this fun and interactive workshop we’ll explore the real magic of manifesting — combining intention, awareness, a little science and a touch of magic.

Together we’ll experiment with practices that help align your energy with what you want to create in your life.

This is all about understanding how intention, attention and energy interact.

And having fun along the way!

What We'll Do Together

During the workshop we will explore manifestation through a mix of conversation, reflection and practice.

You’ll experience:

• a guided opening meditation to settle and align your energy

• an interactive exploration of how manifestation actually works

• simple ideas from psychology and science that support the process

• space to reflect on your own intentions

• a guided manifestation meditation to help you energetically connect with what you want to create

There will also be time for questions, shared insights and a little experimentation.

• a feeling or state of being

There’s no pressure to know exactly what it is just trust your intuition and let your feelings guide you.
